| The city of Brentwood is one of the most beautiful and desirable areas of West LA, and boasts some of the most famous and well-known celebrities of the greater Los Angeles area. Though largely residential, there some very successful pockets of commercial real estate in the area, which adds to the appeal of the area for those looking to run or operate a business near the beach. Commercial Real Estate in Bel Air is very limited, but that does not mean that there are no opportunities. Primarily, the commercial Downtown Brentwood is located on San Vicente Blvd, just west of the 405 freeway, and has some of the best shopping and restaurant locations in the city. Closer to the beach, there is also the retail center on Montana Blvd, which is one of the more hip shopping areas on the west side. There are several major office developments, as well as numerous multifamily opportunities in the area. There is very little industrial, which is typical of much of the west side. |
